摘 要:通过将不同掺量的钢纤维(SF)、聚丙烯纤维(PF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)掺入到桥面铺装高性能混凝土中,基于抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度及干燥收缩试验,系统考察了纤维类型及掺量对高性能混凝土的力学及干燥收缩性能影响规律,结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,高性能混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度均呈先增大后减小变化;掺PVAF纤维高性能混凝土的抗压、抗折能力优于SF和PF纤维,而掺PF纤维高性能混凝土的劈裂抗拉性能较优;高性能混凝土的干燥收缩应变随着纤维掺量的增加均呈先减小后增大变化,纤维掺入在一定程度上能有效抑制了混凝土的干燥收缩变形;综合高性能混凝土的力学性能和干燥收缩性能试验结果可知,SF、PF、PVAF纤维能够有效改善混凝土的强度和干燥收缩变形,建议三种纤维的最佳掺量分别为1.5%、0.8%、1.0%。By mixing different amounts of steel fiber(SF),polypropylene fiber(PF) and polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVAF) into the highperformance concrete for bridge deck pavement,based on compressive strength,split tensile strength,folding strength and drying shrinkage test,the influence of fiber type and dosage on the mechanics and dry shrinkage performance of high-performance concrete was systematically investigated.The results show that:With the increase of the fiber mixture,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and folding strength of high performance concrete all increase first and then decrease.The compressive and folding resistance of PVAF fiber mixed concrete is better than SF and PF fiber.The cracking resistance of PF fiber high performance concrete is better.The dry shrinkage strain of high performance concrete decreases with the increase offiber content and then increases.Fiber incorporation can effectively inhibit the dry shrinkage deformation of concrete to a certain extent.According to the results of the mechanical properties and dry shrinkage properties test of high-performance concrete,SF,PF and PVAF can effectively improve the strength and dry shrinkage deformation of concrete.The suggested optimal incorporation of the three fibers is 1.5%,0.8% and 1.0%respectively.
