摘  要:1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)的臭氧层破坏潜值(ODP)为0,温室效应潜值(GWP)小于4,是HFCs(氢氟烃)的理想低碳环保替代品,被用作发泡剂、制冷剂和气雾剂等。HFO-1234ze的合成方法主要有调聚氟化法、炔烃加成法、加成增碳法、氟氯交换法、异构化法和气相脱氟化氢法等。其中气相催化脱卤法环境污染小,操作简单,易于工业化生产,且原料转化率和目标产物选择性均较高。该文从气相催化脱氟化氢合成HFO-1234ze的方法、催化机理、催化剂等方面做了简单综述,期望能对研究者提供参考。Because the ODP value of 1,3,3,3-Tetrafluoropropene(HFO-1234ze) is 0 and its GWP value is less than 4,so HFO-1234ze is an ideal low-carbon,environmentally friendly substitute of HFCs and is used as a foaming agent,refrigerant and aerosol.The synthesis methods of HFO-1234ze mainly include modulated polyfluorination,alkyne addition,addition to increasing carbon,fluorochlorine exchange,isomerization and gas-phase dehydrofluorination.The method of catalytic gas-phase dehalogenation has small environmental pollution,simple operation,easily industrialized production,higher raw material conversion rates and target product selectivity.This article briefly reviews the synthesis method,catalytic mechanism and catalyst of HFO-1234ze by gas-phase catalytic dehydrofluorination,hoping to provide reference for researchers.
