摘 要:在热电厂汽水管道设计的过程中,为了安全起见,会将整个管系的柔性设计得适当偏大,以保证管道能够充分吸收热胀变形而降低二次应力,保护设备及管道安全。这样的做法在管道输送单相流体且管内压力稳定的工况下较为可靠,但若管内存在汽水两相流或内部压力频繁波动的工况,则会造成整趟管道的剧烈晃动,不利于其长期运行。针对山西某电厂热网加热器疏水管道运行态剧烈晃动的问题,以美国动力管道标准ASME B31.1-2012为设计依据,利用CAESARⅡ对管道进行应力分析,在保证设备安全的前提下通过增加管道约束适当加强了管系刚度,取得了良好的效果。In the process of designing steam piping in thermal power plants,for the sake of safety,pipeline stress engineers will design the flexibility of the entire pipeline system to be appropriately large to ensure that the pipeline can fully absorb thermal expansion deformation and protect the safety of equipment and pipelines.This method is more reliable under the condition that the pipeline transports single-phase fluid and the pressure in the pipe is stable,but if there is a two-phase flow of steam and water in the pipe or frequent fluctuations in the internal pressure,it will cause the violent shaking of the entire pipeline,which is not conducive to its long-term operation.Aiming at the problem of severe shaking of the hydrophobic pipeline of the heat network heater of a power plant in Shanxi Province,ASME B31.1-2012 is used as the design basis,uses CAESARII to analyze the stress of the pipeline,and appropriately strengthens the rigidity of the pipeline system by increasing the pipeline constraint under the premise of ensuring the safety of the equipment,and achieves good results.
