摘　　要：随着人口老龄化加剧和慢性疾病生存率提高,心房颤动在全球流行,射频消融术作为心房颤动的主要治疗方案正在普及,手术并发症也随之增多。其中,心脏压塞为该术式的致命性并发症。本文就心脏压塞的概念、流行病学概况、病因及危险因素等作一综述。The aging of the population and enhanced survival rates for chronic diseases have led to the widespread prevalence of atrial fibrillation worldwide.Radiofrequency ablation has become a widely employed mainstream treatment method,accompanied by a rising incidence of surgical complications.Cardiac tamponade is a fatal complication of radiofrequency ablation.This article aims to provide a comprehensive summary covering the concept,prevalence,etiology,and risk factors associated with cardiac tamponade.
