摘 要:为了解决托顶煤巷道围岩变形难以控制的问题,运用理论分析、离散元数值模拟及现场工业试验相结合的方法对义棠煤业100602工作面切顶成巷围岩控制技术进行研究,分析了不同切顶高度、采高对留巷围岩变形影响规律。研究发现,适当增加切顶高度并降低采高有利于巷道围岩稳定,并确定开采技术参数为切顶高度24 m、采高6 m。现场监测结果显示,在合理的支护策略及开采工艺参数下,托顶煤切顶留巷围岩变形控制效果良好。In order to solve the problem of difficult to control the deformation of the surrounding rocks of the roof-top coal roadway,a combination of theoretical analysis,discrete element numerical simulation and field industrial test was used to study the control technology of the surrounding rocks of the roof-top cut into the roadway at Yitang coal 100602 working face,and the influence law of different roof-top cutting heights and mining heights on the deformation of the surrounding rocks of the stay roadway was analyzed.The research found that the appropriate increase of roof cutting height and reduction of mining height are beneficial to the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the technical parameters of mining were determined as roof cutting height 24 m and mining height 6 m.The field monitoring results showed that the deformation control of the surrounding rock of the roof cutting stay roadway of buttress coal is good under the reasonable support strategy and mining process parameters.
