摘 要:螯合剂种类的不同,其对金属离子浸出效果也存在差异,为分析螯合剂对贵州地区褐煤中金属离子的浸出效果,选取ASDA,DTPA,IDS和GLDA等共4种螯合剂,开展了浸出效果对比实验,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对实验结果进行了表征。结果表明:螯合剂能够将煤体中矿物质解络为游离态,煤体表面孔隙呈现从微孔、小孔向大孔变化的趋势,煤体表面矿物质呈现颗粒数量减少、颗粒体积变小、颗粒形态圆润的特点;ASDA对该煤样中Mg,Al,Fe,Ca,Cu离子具有最佳浸出效果,DTPA对K,Pb离子具有最佳浸出效果。In order to analyze the leaching effect of chelating agents on metal ions in lignite in Guizhou,four chelating agents,namely ASDA,DTPA,IDS and GLDA,were selected to carry out comparative leaching experiments,and the experimental results were characterized by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the chelating agents could unwind the minerals in the coal body into free state,and the pores on the coal body surface showed a trend of changing from microporous,small pores to large pores,and the minerals on the coal body surface showed a decrease in the number of particles,smaller particle size and rounded particle morphology.ASDA had the best leaching effect on Mg,Al,Fe,Ca and Cu ions in this coal sample,and DTPA had the best leaching effect on K and Pb ions.
