摘  要:为有效控制带式输送机功率平衡并实时监控其工作状态,设计煤矿带式输送机电气控制系统。系统将S7-300系列PLC组件作为控制核心,PLC控制器以速度偏差和2个逆变器速度补偿量为输入,通过速度补偿完成功率平衡控制,使2个电机转速以及转矩同步,利用STEP编程软件完成堵塞与超速、跑偏等基本保护程序以及后台的调速控制和功率控制程序设计,采用随机森林监测煤矿带式输送机状态;工控操作台呈现控制及监测结果。实验结果表明:该系统可有效控制带式输送机功率平衡,增强其输送稳定性能,并有效监控其工作状态,确保其安全稳定运行。To effectively control the power balance of belt conveyors and monitor their working status in real-time,an electrical control system for coal mine belt conveyors is designed.The system takes S7-300 series PLC components as the control core.The PLC controller takes the speed deviation and the speed compensation of two inverters as the input,completes the power balance control through the speed compensation,so that the speed and torque of two motors are synchronized.The STEP programming software is used to complete the basic protection programs such as blocking,overspeed,deviation,as well as the backstage speed control and power control program design.The random forest is used to monitor the status of the coal mine belt conveyor;The industrial control console presents control and monitoring results.The experimental results show that the system can effectively control the power balance of the belt conveyor,enhance its conveying stability performance,and effectively monitor its working status to ensure its safe and stable operation.
