摘  要:针对我国煤矿采动稳定区煤层气开发区块评价技术缺乏,难以有效指导经济开发应用这一问题,基于煤层气开发效果与综合效益,分析了采动稳定区煤层气开发区块评价关键参数,构建了考虑技术进步等动态影响因素的煤层气开发区块经济评价指标体系,采用层次分析方法获得了各单项指标的相对权重,并提出了开发区块最大隶属原则经济评价方法。应用试验表明,该经济评价方法可为煤矿采动稳定区煤层气开发决策提供可靠指导。Coal mining region in China lack of CBM development block evaluation technology,it is difficult to effectively guide the economic development and application of this problem,starting from the development effect and comprehensive benefit analysis of mining region selection of key parameters,enrichment of CBM development blocks is proposed considering technological progress dynamic evaluation index system of influencing factors of CBM development blocks.The relative weight of each index is obtained by AHP,and the economic evaluation method of development block based on the principle of maximum membership is established.The application test shows that the economic evaluation method can provide reliable guidance for coal-bed methane development decision in mining stability area.
