摘　　要：目的比较ICD-11与ICD-10中皮肤疾病的分类差异,为皮肤疾病编码过渡提供思路。方法在ICD-11网站下载ICD-11简明制表,比较两个版本编码类亚目和有效编码的数量变化,下载ICD-11主干码与ICD-10编码映射表,统计皮肤疾病章中各小节的章节漂移指数,并从编码结构、编码分布等方面比较ICD-11与ICD-10异同。结果ICD-11容量明显扩大,类目数量增加173个,亚目数量增加164个,有效编码数量增加266个;皮肤疾病章中新增小节的章节漂移指数明显高于其他节;对比ICD-10,ICD-11中皮肤感染性疾病大部分迁移至第1章,炎症性皮肤病、累及特定皮肤结构的皮肤疾病、外因引起的皮肤疾患三节进行了重大整合,其中后组配的编码形式提升了疾病信息采集的精度和丰度。结论ICD-11提高了皮肤疾病编码的精度和广度,能为医院管理、临床研究提供更丰富、详细的数据支撑。Objectives This study aims to compare the classification of skin diseases between ICD-11 and ICD-10and provide ideas for the coding transition of skin diseases.Methods The ICD-11 simple tabulation was downloaded from the ICD-11 website to compare the number of changes in categories,subheads,and effective codes of the two versions.The ICD-11 backbone code and ICD-10 code mapping table were downloaded.The chapter drift index for each subsection in the skin diseases chapter was calculated,and the similarities and differences between ICD-11 and ICD-10 were compared in terms of coding structure and coding distribution.Results The capacity of ICD-11 was significantly expanded,with the number of categories increased by 173,the number of subcategories increased by 164,and the number of effective codes increased by 266.The chapter drift index of the newly added subsections in the chapter on skin diseases was significantly higher than that of other sections.Compared with ICD-10,most of the skin infectious diseases in ICD-11 were moved to Chapter 1.The three sections of inflammatory skin diseases,skin diseases involving specific skin structures,and skin diseases caused by external factors were significantly integrated.Among them,the post-assembly coding form improved the accuracy and abundance of disease information collection.Conclusions ICD-11 improves the precision and breadth of skin disease coding and can provide more abundant and detailed data support for hospital management and clinical research.
