摘 要:对设计的氨氢融合发动机冷却水套流动进行模拟分析,得出了水套的压力分布以及各个支路的压力损失,各支路的压力损失在可接受范围内。对缸体水套的速度分布和换热系数进行分析,结果表明,二者满足设计需要。对缸盖水套的速度分布和换热系数进行分析,结果表明,二者满足设计需要。对预燃室水套的换热系数进行分析,换热系数满足设计需求。水套整体满足氨氢融合发动机的散热需求,没有热失控的风险。Simulate and analyze the cooling water jacket flow of ammonia hydrogen fusion engine.The pressure distribution of the water jacket and the pressure loss of each branch are obtained.The pressure loss of each branch is within the acceptable range.The velocity distribution and heat transfer coefficient of the cylinder block water jacket are analyzed.The analysis results show that they meet the design requirements.The velocity distribution and heat transfer coefficient of the cylinder head water jacket are analyzed.The analysis results show that they meet the design requirements.The heat transfer coefficient of the pre-combustion chamber water jacket is analyzed.The heat transfer coefficient meets the design requirements.The water jacket meets the heat dissipation requirements of the ammonia-hydrogen fusion engine as a whole,and there is no risk of thermal runaway.
