摘　　要：文章基于白车身焊接使用点焊焊钳存在的不足,设计了一种新型结构的螺母焊钳。该焊钳既能满足普通板材之间点焊的要求,又能够通过更换焊钳蜗杆可以实现螺母和板材之间的焊接,解决了传统点焊焊钳无法实现螺母和板材的焊接难题,同时也提高了焊接质量,增加焊接美观性。经试验验证,在焊接压力、焊接电流在设定值时,焊接质量符合螺母焊接要求。Based on the shortcomings of spot welding pliers for body in white welding,a new nut welding pliers with new structure was designed.The welding pliers can meet the spot welding between ordinary plates,and can realize the welding between nuts and plates by replacing the worm of the welding pliers,which solves the problem that the traditional spot welding pliers can not realize the welding of nuts and plates,but also improves the welding quality and increases the beauty of welding.The test verifies that the welding quality meets the requirements of nut welding when the welding pressure and welding current are set.
