摘  要:渐开线圆柱齿轮是机械传动中最常见的零件。齿轮传动的正常工作及其良好的润滑条件,都需要合理的侧隙来保证,以避免因齿轮工作造成的温度、变形量等因素的变化而使配对齿合的齿轮之间的侧隙过小,导致两齿轮啮合异常,产生异常响声、齿面胶合,甚至发生卡滞造成轮齿折断等故障。齿轮副侧隙是制造齿轮过程中必须要控制的重要项目之一,文章介绍了生产实践中控制齿轮侧隙的几种方法,并对斜齿轮M值的计算进行了探讨。Involute cylindrical gears are the most common components in mechanical transmission.The normal operation of gear transmission and its good lubrication conditions require reasonable side clearance to ensure that the side clearance between paired meshing gears is too small due to changes in temperature,deformation,and other factors caused by gear operation,which can cause abnormal meshing noise,tooth surface adhesion,and even cause gear tooth breakage and other faults.The backlash of gear pairs is one of the important items that must be controlled during the manufacturing process of gears.This article briefly introduces several methods for controlling the backlash of gears in production practice and discusses the calculation of the M value of helical gears.
