摘  要:文章介绍了运用六西格玛设计方法实现风洞试验油泥模型工况方案的快速更改。通过采用六西格玛DFSS设计方法,收集客户需求,分析现状确定研究对象,头脑风暴开发概念方案,进而用普氏矩阵工具分析筛选出最优概念方案,根据选定的概念方案,独创性地设计开发出成本更低、效率更高的风洞试验油泥模型工况方案在现场进行切换的方法。This paper introduces the application of Six Sigma design method to realize the rapid change of working condition scheme of sludge model in wind tunnel test.Using Six Sigma DFSS design method,the research object is determined by collecting customer demand and analyzing the current situation,and the conceptual scheme is developed by brainstorming.Then the optimal conceptual scheme is analyzed and screened by Platts matrix tool.According to the selected conceptual scheme,a method of switching the working conditions of the sludge model in wind tunnel test with lower cost and higher efficiency is creatively designed and developed.
