摘　　要：本文主要讨论了高端重卡智能柔性化车身车间规划,结合产品特性,主要采用模块化、自动化岛及线体间的AGV输送来实现重卡车身的柔性化生产。从项目开发前期及实施阶段,以客户为导向,精益为原则,通过创新性的技术应用,满足用户多样性的生产需求。主要涉及规划阶段关键柔性技术选择、线体内输送技术对比分析及应用,同时重点介绍了一些创新技术的应用。This paper mainly discusses the planning of intelligent and flexible body shop for high-end heavy trucks.Combined with the product characteristics,it mainly adopts modularization,automation island and AGV conveying between lines to realize the flexible production of heavy truck body.From the pre-development and implementation stages of the project,customer-oriented,lean as the principle,through innovative technology applications to meet the diversity of production needs of users.It mainly involves the selection of key flexible technology in the planning stage,comparative analysis and application of conveyor technology within the line body,and also focuses on some innovative technology applications.
