摘　　要：准确的物料需求计划能有效指导供应链按需生产备料,降低生产与采购的盲目性,避免物料积压或缺货,消除产业的无效成本。文章研究了围绕物料需求计划的具体制定方法,提出了一套物料毛需求、净需求和订单的算法。Accurate material demand plan can effectively guide the supply chain to produce and prepare materials on demand,reduce the blindness of production and procurement,avoid material backlog or stock shortage,and eliminate the ineffective cost of the industry.This paper studies the specific formulation method of material requirement planning,and puts forward a set of algorithms of material gross demand,net demand and order.
