摘 要:目的探究导入式游戏护理联合音乐训练在人工耳蜗植入围术期患儿中的临床效果。方法选取苏州大学附属儿童医院2017年1月至2022年11月收治的80例人工耳蜗植入术患儿为本次护理研究对象,随机数字分配表法将其分为参照组和干预组,参照组40例实施音乐康复训练护理措施,干预组40例在此基础上联合实施导入式游戏康复护理措施,于入院1天、干预3个月,对两组不良情绪、听力状况、遵医行为等情况变化进行观察对比。结果入院1 d,两组患儿不良情绪、听力状况、遵医行为等相比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月,干预组患儿与参照组相比,在儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)等不良情绪评分明显降低(P<0.05);干预组在遵医服药、言语训练、并发症预防、日常注意事项等遵医行为综合评分高于参照组(P<0.05);干预组在听觉行为分级(CAP)、言语可懂度分级(SIR)等评分与参照组相比,提升明显(P<0.05)。结论对人工耳蜗植入围术期患儿采取导入式游戏联合音乐康复训练护理措施,利于缓解患儿不良情绪状态,改善自身听力状态水平,提高其遵医行为。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lead-in game nursing combined with music training in perioperative children with cochlear implantation.Methods A total of eighty children with cochlear implantation treated in this hospital from January 2017 to November 2022 were selected as the nursing research objects,random-number assignment tables divided them into a control group and an intervention group,40 cases in the control group received music rehabilitation training and nursing measures,on this basis,40 cases in the intervention group were jointly implemented the introduction of game rehabilitation nursing measures,1 day after admission and 3 months after intervention,the adverse mood,hearing status,compliance behavior and other changes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results One day after admission,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in bad mood,hearing status and compliance behavior(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the score of bad mood in children Depression Disorder Self-rating Scale(DSRSC)and children anxiety Mood Disorder Screening form(SCARED)were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The intervention group was higher than the control group in compliance with medicine,speech training,complication prevention,daily attention and other compliance behavior comprehensive scores(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group improved significantly in the auditory behavior grading(CAP)and speech intelligibility grading(SIR)(P<0.05).Conclusions The introduction of games combined with music rehabilitation training and nursing measures for children with cochlear implantation during perioperative period can alleviate the adverse emotional state of children,improve their hearing status and improve their compliance behavior.
