摘 要:管网高水位运行严重影响着水质净化厂运行效率和水环境安全。以六安市城北片区污水系统为例,由于存在用水早晚高峰的情况,区域内泵排区和自流区高峰水量叠加,造成水质净化厂进水泵房及相关管网全天大部分时间处于高水位运行情况。基于数值模型技术,通过分析泵站片区可调蓄水量和需要调蓄的水量,对二级污水泵站设置时序控制规则,利用多方案寻优方法,判断最优方案。最优方案通过PLC对各泵站进行实际设置,基于实际运行效果,发现利用时序控制方法可以有效降低管网高水位运行情况,并且增强了进水稳定性,保证水质净化厂稳定运行。High water level of drainage system affects the operation efficiency of Waste Water Treatment Plant(WWTP)and endanger the safety of water environment.Focus on sewage system of Chengbei District in Luan city,the pump inlet room and related pipelines remained high water level in most of the day because of peak time for water user.Based on numerical model,time series of control rules was set for the secondary sewage pumping station by analyzing adjustable storage volumes and volumes which were needed to be adjusted.Multiple solution schemes were proposed and the best solution was chosen.The control rules for best solution was set for each pump by PLC.The result showed that time series of control rules could efficiently reduce high level opera-tion in drainage system,and enhanced the stability of inflow which could ensure the stable opera-tion of WWTP.
