摘　　要：近年来,我国金融业信创工作持续推进,安全可控能力得到显著提升。天津市金融业抢抓新机遇,积极推进信创工作落地,金融机构积极推进关键软硬件自主可控技术应用攻关,结合自身战略发展规划与业务发展需求,不断提升安全可控能力,在办公管理系统、一般业务系统、核心业务系统等方面均已实现自主可控技术替代,并持续拓展包括产品、管理等新的场景应用;科技企业与金融机构用户、行业机构、科研单位等携手共进,共同突破解决金融信创过程中的难点,联合共建信创生态,打造安全可信的金融行业解决方案,助力金融行业信创发展。金融业信创工作的稳步推进,极大促进了我国信创产业规模质量能级的全面跃升。In recent years,with the guidance of the People's Bank of China,the financial industry has made significant progress in the information technology application innovation(ITAl),resulting in an improvement in safety and control capabilities.This progress has also led to a comprehensive enhancement of China's ITAl industry in terms of scale and capability.In the“Cover Story”section,the Tianjin Branch of the People's Bank of China,corporate financial institutions,enterprises of Tianjin,and relevant authorities in Tianjin have contributed articles summarizing the practical achievements of ITAl in the financial sector.They have also introduced the progress of the construction of"China Information Technology Application Innovation Valley"and looked forward to the future development of financial technology innovation.
