儿童化脓性髋关节炎合并周围化脓性肌炎研究进展

摘　　要：化脓性髋关节炎是儿童常见的髋关节感染性疾病之一,而髋关节周围化脓性肌炎相对少见,临床中偶见两病并发于同一患儿。化脓性髋关节炎和化脓性肌炎均是细菌感染性疾病,大多由金黄色葡萄球菌引起,存在相似的致病机制,所以当两者并发时会呈现出与单一疾病类似的炎症反应,如发热、髋部疼痛和髋关节活动受限等。两者在临床诊治上并不冲突,但髋关节周围化脓性肌炎较少见,并发时容易被忽视而漏诊。因此,本文对儿童化脓性髋关节炎合并周围化脓性肌炎的研究进展做一综述,以增加临床医生对此类疾病的认识,提高诊疗水平。Pyogenic arthritis of hip(PAH)is one of the most common hip infectious diseases in children while suppurative myositis of hip(SMH)remains relatively rare.However,clinical coexistence is quite common.These two diseases are bacterial infectious diseases with a similar pathogenic mechanism due to Staphylococcus aureus.The symptoms include fever,hip pain and limited activities.There is no conflict in clinical mangements.However,due to a great rarity of SMH,it is easily ignored and misdiagnosed.Thus this review focused upon a combination of PAH and SMH to boost its diagnostic and therapeutic proficiency in children.
