摘　　要：目的对皮肤脂质与仿皮肤脂类脂质体(liposomes resembling skin lipids,LRSL)进行综述。方法参阅国内外209篇文献,总结了皮肤脂质组成及其含量、皮肤脂质的功能和皮肤疾病,并对LRSL的发现、形成与稳定性、脂质组成、形态大小、制备方法、在体内的变化、优势及应用进行归纳、总结和分析。结果LRSL能将有效成分递送至皮肤的深层,具有较好的稳定性和安全性,并能起到修复皮肤屏障的作用。因此,LRSL在药物的治疗方面具有非常大的优越性与可行性。结论为LRSL的开发提供了参考。Objective To review skin lipids and liposomes resembling skin lipids(LRSL).Methods Referring to 209 literatures at home and abroad,the composition and content of skin lipids,functions of skin lipids and skin diseases were summarized,and the discovery,formation and stability,lipid composition,morphology and size,preparation methods,changes in vivo,advantages and applications of LRSL were summarized and analyzed.Results LRSL could deliver the effective components to the deep layer of skin with good stability and safety,and could play a role in repairing skin barrier.Therefore,LRSL had great advantages and feasibility in drug therapy.Conclusion The present work provides reference for the development of LRSL.
