摘 要:目的:优化右归胶囊中肉桂挥发油的提取工艺,并对优化工艺进行评价。方法:肉桂挥发油提取工艺考察单因素包括粉碎度、水蒸馏次数、水蒸馏时间和加水量,以挥发油提取率和干浸膏得率作为评价指标,采用正交试验法优化出最佳提取工艺。结果:L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验结果显示,挥发油提取最优工艺为:粉碎度为药材颗粒、水蒸馏2次、水蒸馏2 h、加水量8倍。结论:本文优选的肉桂挥发油提取工艺稳定可靠、重现性好,适合大规模生产应用。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Volatile Oil from Cinnamomum Cinnamomi in Yougui capsule,and evaluate the optimized process.Methods:The degree of comminution,decocting times,decocting time and amount of water in the extraction process of volatile oil were investigated as single factors,the extraction rate of volatile oil and the yield of dry extract were selected as the evaluation indexes of the process,and the best extraction process conditions was optimized by orthogonal test.Results:The L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test results show that the optimum extraction technology of the volatile oil of cinnamon was that the degree of comminution is medicinal granules,decoct twice,decoct for 2h and 8 times amount of water.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of cinnamon volatile oil is stable,reliable and reproducible,it is suitable for commercial production of enterprises.
