摘 要:目的:观察专科护士主导下病友同伴支持教育对初诊糖尿病患者自我效能、心理灵活性及协助控制血糖效果的影响。方法:选取我院2020年12月~2021年12月收治的初诊糖尿病患者68例,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例,两组均施行常规护理,观察组另接受专科护士主导下病友同伴支持教育。对比两组的心理灵活性、自我效能及血糖控制效果。结果:观察组糖尿病接纳与行动问卷(AADQ)评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05),自我效能量表(DSES)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:专科护士主导下病友同伴支持教育可以增强初诊糖尿病患者的自我效能,提高心理灵活性,同时协助患者改善血糖指标,恢复身心健康。Objective:To observe the effect of peer support education led by specialized nurses on self-efficacy,psychological flexibility and blood glucose control effect of newly diagnosed diabetic patients.Methods:68 newly diagnosed diabetic outpatients admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects from December 2020 to December 2021.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 patients in each group.All patients received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were additionally given peer support education led by specialized nurses.The psychological flexibility,self-efficacy and blood glucose control effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the Acceptance and Action Diabetes Questionnaire(AADQ)scores,fasting blood glucose,and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale(DSES)scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer support education led by specialized nurses can improve the psychological flexibility,enhance self-efficacy,improve blood glucose levels and restore physical and mental health of newly diagnosed diabetic patients.
