摘 要:十字花科蔬菜拥有较强的聚硒能力,并能将无机硒转化为可被人体利用的有机硒。该文以我国栽培历史久、播种面积广的十字花科蔬菜萝卜为研究对象,采用叶面喷施亚硒酸钠营养强化的方法,对‘特选短叶十三’、‘特选马耳早’、‘南畔州萝卜’、‘成都四季满身红’、‘心里美’和‘春不老’六个常见萝卜品种的富硒能力进行比较,分析萝卜对硒元素的富集效应在不同器官及品种间的差异。结果表明,适当的叶面施硒浓度(1~5 mg/L)可提高萝卜的含水率和可食率。六个萝卜品种吸收的硒主要分配于叶,萝卜叶对硒的富集能力显著高于其根部。春不老萝卜的叶在喷施硒浓度为5 mg/L时硒含量为六个萝卜品种中最高,可达15.90±0.754 mg/kg;心里美萝卜的根在喷施硒浓度为5 mg/L时硒含量为六个萝卜品种中最高,可达4.58±0.202 mg/kg。研究结果可为富硒萝卜栽培技术规程的制定提供数据支撑。Cruciferous vegetables have strong selenium accumulating ability and can convert inorganic selenium into organic selenium that can be utilized by the human body.This article takes the cruciferous vegetable radish,which has a long history of cultivation and a wide planting area in China,as the research object.By using the method of foliar spraying with sodium selenite to enhance nutrition,the selenium enrichment ability of six common radish varieties,namely ‘Specially selected short leaf thirteen',‘Specially selected malt early',‘Nanpanzhou radish',‘Chengdu four season red',‘Xinli Mei',and ‘Spring not old',is compared,Analyze the differences in selenium enrichment effects of radish on different organs and species.The results showed that the foliar selenium application concentration below 5 mg/L can increase the moisture content and edible rate of radish.The selenium absorbed by the six types of radishes was mainly distributed in the leaves,and the selenium enrichment ability of radish leaves was significantly higher than that of their roots.The selenium content in the leaves of ‘Spring not old' radish is the highest among the six radishes when the selenium concentration is 5 mg/L,reaching 15.90 ± 0.754 mg/kg.The selenium content in the roots of ‘Xinli Mei' radish is the highest among the six radishes when the selenium concentration is 5 mg/L,reaching 4.58 ± 0.202 mg/kg.The research results can provide data support for the formulation of technical regulations for selenium rich radish cultivation.
