胶艾四物汤对剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者凝血功能和卵巢功能的影响  

Effect of Jiaoai Siwu Decoction on Coagulation Function and Ovarian Function in Patients with Uterine Atony Bleeding after Cesarean Section

摘　　要：目的:分析胶艾四物汤对剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者凝血功能和卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取60例剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎术+缩宫素治疗,观察组采用双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎术+胶艾四物汤进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果、卵巢功能、凝血功能、临床指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周观察组凝血酶原时间低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组治疗前、术后2周凝血酶原时间无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后血清促黄体生成素、雌二醇水平指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫缩持续时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),但出血量、手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者采用胶艾四物汤进行治疗,可改善患者凝血功能和卵巢功能,进而提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiaoai Siwu decoction on coagulation function and ovarian function of patients with uterine contractive weakness bleeding after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 60 patients with uterine bleeding due to uterine constriction after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with ligation of bilateral ascending uterine artery branches+oxytocin treatment,and the observation group was treated with ligation of bilateral ascending uterine artery branches+Jiaoai Siwu decoction.The treatment effect,ovarian function,coagulation function and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);2 weeks after surgery,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in TT between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after surgery(P<0.05);the indexes of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of uterine contractions and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and operation time(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with uterine contraction weakness bleeding after cesarean section,using Jiaoai Siwu decoction for treatment can improve the coagulation function and ovarian function of patients,and then improve the treatment effect.
