乡村振兴背景下农村财会人员队伍建设研究——以三江侗族自治县为例

摘　　要：文章以乡村振兴为背景,以广西壮族自治区柳州市三江侗族自治县为研究对象,通过访谈和调查问卷方式获得该县财会人员状况的第一手资料,指出要提高三江侗族自治县财会人员的综合素养必须上下联动形成合力,通过提升职业素养、强化财务管理能力、培养创新思维、建立健全激励机制、优化财会人员队伍结构等举措,培养一支素质高技能强的农村财会人员队伍,从而助力全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化。Taking rural revitalization as the background and Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County in Liuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper obtains first-hand data on the financial and accounting personnel status of the county through interviews and survey questionnaires,and points out measures to improve the comprehensive literacy of financial and accounting personnel in the county,including enhancing professional ethics,strengthening financial management capabilities,cultivating innovative thinking,establishing sound incentive mechanisms,and optimizing the structure of the financial and accounting personnel team to cultivate a high-quality and skilled rural financial and accounting personnel team,thereby helping to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.
