袋式除尘设备的电气自动化控制研究

摘　　要：为解决传统袋式除尘设备运行中出现的抗电晕现象与电火花现象,提高除尘效率,对电气自动化控制技术在袋式除尘设备中应用的具体方法进行了研究。从实际案例情况来看,电气自动化控制方法的有效运用,可以明显改善设备性能和运行效果,运行状态也更加稳定。电气自动化控制技术在袋式除尘设备中的运用效果突出,最大限度规避了诸多运行问题。To solve the anti-corona and electric spark phenomena that occur in the operation of traditional bagtype dust-removing apparatuses and improve dust-removing efficiency,this paper studies the specific methods of the application of electrical automatic control technology in bag-type dust-removing apparatuses.Judging from actual cases,the effective application of electrical automatic control methods can significantly improve the performance and operational effect of apparatuses and make their operating state more stable.The application effect of electrical automatic control technology in bag-type dust-removing apparatuses is outstanding,which maximizes the avoidance of many operational problems.
