摘 要:为验证某型SPMT车组能够实现某型新船舶巨型总段的平移和高精度对接作业,满足相关国军标(GJB)关于建造定位精度的要求,实验在某型SPMT车组重载条件下以模拟SMPT车组承载某型新船舶巨型总段进行平移对接作业。结果表明,该SPMT可以实现相关GJB关于建造定位精度的要求,为采用SPMT实现该类船舶的巨型总段建造工法对接提供了重要参考。In order to verify that a certain type of SPMT train set can achieve the translational and high-precision docking operation of the jumbo total segment of a new certain type of ship to meet the relevant requirements of GJB on construction positioning accuracy,the experiment simulates the translational docking operation of the SPMT train set carrying the jumbo total segment of a new type of ship under the condition of the overload of a certain type of SPMT train set.The result shows that SPMT can achieve the requirements of the relevant GJB on construction positioning accuracy,and provides an important reference for the docking of the construction method of the jumbo total segment of this type of ship by using SPMT.
