摘 要:对强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)处理表面镀Cr膜的CuCr50合金的显微组织、物相组成、导电性及耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:CuCr50(Cr)合金经不同次数的强流脉冲电子束表面处理化后,在Cr相上产生了一些微裂纹;随着照射次数的增加,Cr相裂纹增加;当照射30次以后,在合金的表面出现了大小和形状不同的熔坑;强流脉冲电子束处理后合金的电导率几乎不变;当照射1次和10次,耐腐蚀性提高3倍以上,当照射30次以上,耐腐蚀性能显著降低。This paper studies the microstructure,phase composition,conductivity and corrosion resistance of CuCr50 alloys coated with Cr film treated by high-current pulsed electron beams(HCPEB).The results show that there are some microcracks on the Cr phase of CuCr50(Cr)alloys after surface treatment with different times of high-current pulsed electron beams.Cr phase cracks increase with the increase of the times of irradiations,and after 30 times of irradiations,there are craters with different sizes and shapes on the surface of alloys.The electrical conductivity of alloys is almost unchanged after the treatment of high-current pulsed electron beams.Corrosion resistance is increased by more than three times with 1 and 10 times of irradiations.and corrosion resistance is decreased significantly after more than 30 times of irradiations.
