摘 要:滑油压力是台架试车时检验发动机翻修质量的重要参数之一,滑油压力异常是发动机台架试车时滑油系统常见故障之一,通常包括压力过低、压力过高、压力波动等,滑油压力低会导致发动机各零件摩擦润滑不良,从而造成各零部件磨损过早,严重时会造成发动机彻底失效。以大陆IO-360-ES为例,通过对滑油系统工作原理及各部件的功用进行分析,并提出相应的维护建议和排故方案,从而降低因发动机润滑不当导致的飞行安全事故的发生。Lubricating oil pressure is one of the important parameters for testing the quality of engine overhauls during rig tests.Abnormal lubricating oil pressure is one of the common faults of the lubricating oil system during engine rig tests,which usually includes too low pressure,too high pressure,pressure fluctuations,etc.Low lubricating oil pressure can lead to the poor friction and lubrication of the various parts of the engine,leading to the premature wear of various parts,and causing the complete failure of the engine in severe cases.This article takes Continental IO-360-ES as an example,analyzes the working principle of the lubricating oil system and the functions of various parts,and proposes corresponding maintenance suggestions and troubleshooting programs,in order to reduce the occurrence of flight safety accidents caused by improper engine lubrication.
