摘 要:高分子取向的影响因素复杂多样,在不同的高分子取向下,材料性能会呈现出较为明显的差异。做好对于高分子取向影响因素的分析,有助于把控高分子物料的加工条件,促进制品性能的提升。探究侧面受限压延工艺,分析其工艺条件对于高分子取向的影响。首先,在简要概述高分子取向的含义后,厘清其与材料性能间的关系。其次,通过与传统压延工艺的对比,论述侧面受限压延工艺的诸多优势;在此基础上,从应力和温度两个维度,具体剖析该工艺的加工条件对于高分子取向的影响。最后,对该工艺在高分子物料加工中应注意的事项加以归纳分析,以期侧面受限压延工艺取得良好的应用效果。The influencing factors of polymer orientations are complex and diverse,and under different polymer orientations,material properties will show significant differences.Doing a good job in the analysis of the influencing factors of polymer orientations can help control the processing conditions of polymer materials and promote the improvement of product performance.This article explores the side-limited rolling process and analyzes the influence of its process conditions on polymer orientations.Firstly,this paper briefly outlines the meaning of the polymer orientation,and clarifies its relationship with material properties.Secondly,by comparing with traditional rolling processes,this paper discusses the many advantages of side-limited rolling processes,and then specifically analyzes the impact of the processing conditions of this process on polymer orientations from the two dimensions of stress and temperature.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the precautions that this process should pay attention to in the processing of polymer materials,in order to enable the side-limited rolling process to achieve good application results.
