摘 要:氢能是最清洁的二次能源且来源广泛,分析氢能项目减排机理、国际国内氢气方法学申请情况,结合国际国内减排项目方法学特点和要求,梳理氢气利用模式、制氢方式、成本及用户等环节的特点,以全国碳排放权交易市场为契机分析开发成为减排项目的可行性,提出氢能减排项目开发方向和项目要求,对于未来氢能项目开发减排项目提供建议。Hydrogen energy is the cleanest secondary energy source with a wide range of sources.This paper analyzes the emission-reducing mechanism of hydrogen energy projects and the application status of international and domestic hydrogen methodologies,sorts out the characteristics of hydrogen utilization modes,hydrogen production methods,costs and users in combination with the methodological characteristics and requirements of international and domestic emission-reducing projects,analyzes the feasibility of developing into emission-reducing projects with the national carbon emission permit trading market as an opportunity,and proposes the development direction and project requirements of hydrogen energy emission reduction projects,which provides suggestions for hydrogen energy projects to develop emission-reducing projects in the future.
