基于改进VIKOR方法的装配式建筑预制构件战略供应商选择

摘　　要：预制构件是装配式建筑中的重要一环,选择合适的预制构件供应商是装配式建筑项目质量的重要保证。结合装配式建筑预制构件和战略供应商的特点,在传统供应商指标基础上增加了运输和装卸能力、设计和研发能力、战略契合度、长期合作意愿等指标,构建了包含4个一级指标和14个二级指标在内的供应商评价指标体系,并应用改进VIKOR方法进行装配式建筑预制构件战略供应商优选。Prefabricating is an important part of prefabricated buildings,and the selection of suitable suppliers for prefabricated components is an important guarantee for the quality of prefabricated construction projects.Combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated components and strategic suppliers of prefabricated buildings,this study adds the transportation and handling capacities,design and research and development capabilities,strategic fit,longterm cooperation willingness and other indexes on the basis of traditonal supplier indexes,establishes an supplier evaluation index system which includes 4 first-class indexes and 14 second-class indexes,and applies an improved VIKOR method to select strategic suppliers for the prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings.
