摘  要:基于流体动力学计算软件文中研究了不同着火位置对高压开关柜火灾的影响,分析了柜内温度场、无量纲温度因子、烟气分布及总热释放率火灾特征参量。计算结果表明,手车室发生火灾时最高温度低于电缆室或母线室最高温度,且不同着火位置下顶壁或侧壁无量纲温度因子差异明显,可用来进行早期火灾安全预警的诊断手段。烟气场和总热释放速率分布表明,电缆室和手车室着火时,其烟气可充满整个高压开关柜柜体,而母线室着火时烟气仅充满整个母线舱室。另外,电缆室火灾具有较大的总热释放率,因其相邻手车室可燃构件也被引燃进而释放更多的热量。通过文中的研究结果,可进一步认识和了解高压开关柜火灾蔓延发展趋势,也可为高压开关柜的早期安全预警提供技术和理论支撑。In this paper,the influence of different ignition positions on the fire of high⁃voltage switchgear cabinet is studied on the basis of fluid dynamics calculation software,and the fire characteristic parameters of temperature field,dimensionless temperature factor,soot distribution and total heat release rate inside the cabinet are analyzed.The calculation results show that,in case of fire of handcart compartment,the maximum temperature is lower than that of the cable compartment or busbar compartment and,moreover,the dimensionless temperature of top or side wall at different fire positions has obvious difference,which can be used as the diagnosis means for the early fire safe⁃ty warning.The distributions of soot and total heat release rate also show that,in case of fire in the cable compartment and handcart compartment,the soot can be filled fully in the complete high⁃voltage switchgear cabinet.While,in case of fire in the busbar compartment,the soot is only filled fully the busbar compartment.In addition,the fire of cable compartment has higher total the released rate and more heat is released due to the ignition of the combustible ele⁃ment of the adjacent handcart compartment.The research result in this paper can not only recognize and understand the development trend of fire spread of high⁃voltage switchgear cabinet,but also provide technical and theoretical support for the early safety warning of the high⁃voltage switchgear cabinet.
