换流变压器有载调压开关防爆试验研究与分析

摘　　要：为研究有载调压开关的防爆能力,以换流变压器有载调压开关为研究对象,搭建了有载调压开关的防爆试验系统。在开关内部设置了一对电极,当试验大电流通过电极之间的细小铜丝使其发生熔断后,电极之间形成电弧通道。通过调整电弧电流、电弧间距、燃弧时长,从而获取了不同故障能量并测量了在此能量下的开关内的压力。计算并对比了在对应能量下开关油室的压力。试验研究表明:①开关的防爆能力有限,建议提高开关盖板强度,结合爆破膜对开关进行防爆;②为避免随着电弧能量增大使弧压变化过大,建议减小电极间距;③为避免电极烧蚀,建议使用比热容小、熔点低的材料,为保证电弧稳定,建议将电极改为半球形之间。For studying explosion⁃proof ability of the OLTC,the OLTC of converter transformer is taken as the re⁃search object and the explosion⁃proof test system of OLTC is set up.A pair of electrodes are set inside the OLTC.After the test high current passes through the small copper wire between of the electrodes and keeps it to fuse,an arc chan⁃nel is formed between the electrodes.The different fault energy is obtained by adjusting the arc current,arc clearance and arcing duration and the pressure inside inside the OLTC is measured under the energy.The pressure in the oil chamber of OLTC is calculated and compared under the corresponding energy.The test research shows that:①the ex⁃plosion⁃proof ability of the OLTC is limited.It is suggested to improve the strength of the OLTC cover and achieve the explosion⁃proof ability of the OLTC in combination with the rupture disc.②In order to avoid the excessive variation of arc voltage with the increase of arc energy,it is suggested to reduce the electrode clearance.③For avoiding elec⁃trode erosion,it is recommended to use materials with small specific heat capacity and low melting point.It is recom⁃mended to change the electrode into hemispherical configuration so to assure stability of the arc.
