摘  要:大力发展超特高压GIL设备是“双碳”背景下解决中国大量输电需求的一个重要解决途径。但由于超特高压GIL应用历史较短,其关键性组件的可靠性还有待提高,特别是近年来GIL三支柱绝缘子闪络或击穿事故频发,面临着故障机理不明、优化方法不足、检测手段缺失等严峻现状。文中在简单介绍超特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子组成结构及类型的基础上,统计了近年来中国在运GIL工程中出现的相关故障,重点从材料选型、工艺改进、结构优化、试验与检测技术提升等多个角度,系统分析了当前超特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子在设计、制造、安装、运行及维护各阶段所存在的问题,梳理和提出了多样化的改进措施,并对后续研究给出了建议方向,可为超特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子的产品升级和故障率降低提供有益的参考。Vigorous development of UHV GIL equipment is an important way to solve the need of large power trans⁃mission in China under the‘Double Carbon’background.However,due to the short application history of UHV GIL,the reliability of its key components needs to be improved.Especially in recent years,flash⁃over or breakdown of GIL tri⁃post insulators have occurred frequently,which faces such critical status as unclear fault mechanism,insufficient optimization method and lack of detection means.Based on the brief introduction to the composition structure and types of tri⁃post insulators for UHV GIL,the related faults of the operated GIL projects in recent years in China are counted,and the problem of the tri⁃post insulators of the current EHV/UHV GIS in such stages as design,manufac⁃ture,installation,operation and maintenance is systematically analyzed from such multiple perspectives as material selection,process improvement,structure optimization and improvement of test and detection technology.The variety of improvement measures are proposed and the suggestion direction for the subsequent research is given,which can provide useful reference for product improvement and fault rate reduction of EHV/UHV GIL tri⁃post insulators.
