气体电弧在不同气体介质中电子数密度的汤逊散射诊断研究

摘  要:随着“双碳”政策的提出,对于环保型SF6替代气体的探索受到了越来越广泛的关注,各类气体的绝缘特性是我们关注的一个重要参数。但是由于电弧的不稳定性,断路器中电弧放电的电子数密度很难被测量,且电弧电子数密度又是确定断路器开断成功与否的重要参数。汤逊散射作为一种等离子体的光学诊断方法,具有无需基于平衡态假设且精度较高的优点。文中利用汤逊散射的方法成功测量了,在250 A、200 V的条件下通过拉弧形成的电弧,在空气、N_(2)、CO_(2)、SF_(6)四种不同气体中的径向电子数密度的分布。发现在燃弧阶段,4种气体介质中电弧的径向电子数密度分布差别不大,电弧中心的电子数密度在1×10^(23)m^(-3)左右,电弧边界的电子数密度约为6.0×10^(22)m^(-3);整体而言,SF6的径向电子数密度要小于空气的,这与SF6的强电负性有关。With the proposal of the‘two⁃carbon’policy,the exploration of environmentally friendly SF_(6)alternative gas has attracted more and more attention.And the insulation characteristics of various gases are an important pa⁃rameter concerned.However,due to instability of arc,it is difficult to measure the electron number density of the arc discharge in the circuit breaker.The electron number density is an important parameter to determine the successful interruption of the circuit breaker.As an optical diagnosis method for plasma,Thomson scattering has such the ad⁃vantage as high accuracy without the assumption of equilibrium state.In this paper,the Thomson scattering method is used to measure the radial electron number density distribution of the arc formed by pulling the arc in the air,N_(2),CO_(2)and SF_(6)at 250 A and 200 V.It is found that there is little difference in the radial electron number density distri⁃bution of the arc in the four different gas medium during arcing stage.The electron number density of the arc center is around 1×10^(23)m^(⁃3).The electron number density of the arc boundary is about 6.0×10^(22)m^(⁃3).In general,the radial elec⁃tron number density of SF_(6)is lower than that of air,which is related to the strong electronegativity of SF_(6).
