摘  要:物联网作为战略性新兴产业,已经成为促进数字经济发展的关键动力。广东在物联网领域具备良好的产业基础与发展潜力,在物联网相关政策、关键核心技术攻关、产业链等方面布局较早,但也面临物联网芯片与底层软件自主研发能力较弱、部分省外单位成果在广东转化动力不足、产业布局地区分布不平衡、网络安全屏障有待强化、应用场景和需求碎片化等一系列挑战。基于此,从培育物联网关键核心技术能力、成果转化、区域协同创新、建立物联网安全保障体系、终端标准统一化、物联网前沿领域布局、深化与港澳合作等方面提出促进对策。As a strategic emerging industry,the internet of things(IoT)has become a key driving force for the development of the digital economy.Guangdong has a solid industrial foundation and great potential in the development of the IoT industry,which has made early arrangements in IoT-related policies,core and key technologies research,and industrial chains.However,there are also a series of challenges,such as the weak independent research and development capabilities of IoT chips and underlying software,insufficient transformation of achievements outside Guangdong,unbalanced regional distribution of the industrial layout,relative weak network security barriers,and fragmentation of application scenarios and requirements.Based on this,this paper puts forward promotion countermeasures from the aspects of IoT core and key technologies,transformation of achievements,regional collaborative innovation,IoT security guarantee system,unification of terminal standards,layout of frontier fields of IoT and deepening cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao.
