摘　　要：明确突发公共事件下用户信息源选择多样性的影响因素,有助于优化信息选择策略,提高精准信息服务水平。基于信息源选择多样性相关理论提出研究假设,采用问卷调查法收集有效问卷371份,整理分析数据并实证基于SEM方法的假设检验模型。研究发现风险感知、感知信息质量、信息获取意愿以及先前经验4个要素均对信息源选择多样性具有显著正向影响。Clarifying the factors that influence the diversity of user information source selection during public emergencies is essential for optimizing information selection strategies and enhancing the accuracy of information services.This paper proposes hypothesis grounded on the theory of information source selection diversity,through a questionnaire survey,371 valid responses are collected,and the data are organized and analyzed to validate the hypothesis by using the Structural Equation Model(SEM)method.The findings reveal that risk perception,perceived information quality,information acquisition intention,and previous experience significantly and positively impact the diversity of information source choice.
