摘 要:为评价四种镁合金牺牲阳极材料在炼化企业循环水水冷器系统中的阴极保护性能,采用四天加速试验法对阳极材料工作电位、电流效率进行测量,使用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对溶解形貌和腐蚀产物成分进行表征,同时使用电化学工作站测量阳极材料的阳极极化曲线。结果显示,四种镁合金牺牲阳极材料高纯镁、M1C、AZ63B和AZ31B在两种实际工况循环水介质中都呈现出活化极化行为,溶解形貌都比较均匀,腐蚀产物主要是Mg(OH)_(2),高纯镁和M1C的工作电位比AZ63B和AZ31B的工作电位稍负一些;电流效率排序为高纯镁、AZ63B、M1C、AZ31B;在阴极保护设计时,可参考文中得到的镁牺牲阳极阴极保护性能表现,并综合经济性考量,选择合适的材料,同时需注意到在镁阳极表面极可能形成Mg(OH)_(2)沉积。To evaluate the cathodic protection properties of four kinds of magnesium alloy sacrificial anode materials in circulating water cooling system,four days accelerated test method has been utilized to measure work potential and current efficiency,meanwhile anode polarization curve.Dissolution morphology and corrosion products have been characterized by electrochemical workstation,scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy respectively.The results show that in two kinds of circulating water medium four kinds of magnesium alloy sacrificial anode materials appeared Activation polarization behavior and even dissolution morphology.The work potentials of High purity magnesium and M1C are slightly negative than that of AZ63B and AZ31B,while current efficiency order is ranked as high purity magnesium,AZ63B,M1C,AZ31B.Hence,in cathodic protection design practice,results from this paper could be considered as well as economy to choose proper materials comprehensively,and it should be noted that magnesium hydroxide precipitation may form on the surface of magnesium anode materials.
