摘　　要：随着中国社会经济和各行各业的快速发展,国家对环保越来越重视,第三方检测实验室也随着市场需求迎来了高速发展机遇。庞大的社会需求在给第三方检测实验室带来巨大利益的同时,也使检测机构迎来了更多的发展和机会,但另一方面也使实验室的安全管理工作面临巨大的压力和挑战。因此,第三方实验室需要运用新技术、新标准、新设备和新方法才能有效提高安全管理水平。QHSE管理体系为实现实验室标准化管理,系统集成质量、健康、安全和环境管理模式,形成一套覆盖实验室全过程的制度化、系统化、数字化、人性化等多位一体的现代标准化管理体系。文章通过对QHSE管理体系在实验室安全管理中的实践运用与持续改进,推陈出新,提出相应的改进措施,从而有效提高第三方检测实验室的安全管理水平。With the rapid development of China's social economy and all walks of life,the state has paid more and more attention to environmental protection,and the third-party testing laboratory has also ushered in high-speed development opportunities with the market demand.The huge social demand not only brings great benefits to the third-party testing laboratory,but also brings more development and opportunities to the testing institutions.On the other hand,it also makes the laboratory safety management face great pressure and challenges.Therefore,the third-party laboratory needs to use new technology,new standards,new equipment and new methods to effectively improve the level of safety management.QHSE management system is to realize the standardized management of laboratory,systematically integrate the management mode of quality,health,safety and environment,and form a set of modern standardized management system covering the whole process of laboratory,including institutionalization,systematization,digitization and humanization.Through the practical application and continuous improvement of QHSE management system in laboratory safety management,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures,so as to effectively improve the safety management level of the third-party testing laboratory.
