摘　　要：近年来,油品检测实验室管理成为新时代工作重点。受传统管理模式等的影响,油品检测实验室管理工作水平与预期目标仍然存在不小差距。为此,应充分发挥QHSE管理的优势,提升油品检测实验室工作人员QHSE意识,加强实验室工作人员QHSE培训。文章主要对油品检测实验室QHSE管理的重要进行阐述,并分析油品检测实验管理中暴露的问题,进而对基于QHSE管理的实验室管理问题防范对策进行探讨。In recent years,oil testing laboratory management has become the focus of work in the new era.Due to the influence of traditional management mode,there is still a big gap between the management level of oil testing laboratory and the expected goal.Therefore,we should give full play to the advantages of QHSE management,enhance the QHSE awareness of oil testing laboratory staff,and strengthen the QHSE training of laboratory staff.This paper mainly expounds the importance of QHSE management in oil testing laboratories,analyzes the problems exposed in the management of oil testing experiments,and then discusses the QHSE management solutions of the center.
