摘 要:海管凹陷是海管内检测过程中经常发现的缺陷形式,但由于海底管道的复杂性及维修的经济性,无法立即对管道进行维修,从而威胁管道的安全运行,如何对凹陷海管进行完整性评价是亟待解决的问题之一。文章利用有限元方法,对凹陷进行仿真模拟分析,给出合理的完整性建议,保障安全运行的条件下降低管道运行成本。其结果表明,?355.6 mm的海底单层管道的数值分析结果与实际工程中的变形、应力分布等结果接近,研究结果可为工程设计和理论研究提供参考。Dent defects of the subsea pipelines is the common defect forms in subsea pipeline inspection.Considering the complexity of the subsea pipeline and the economy of maintenance,the pipelines cannot be repaired immediately,leading to the threat to the safe operation of the pipeline.Therefore,It is one of the urgent problems to be solved to evaluate the integrity of subsea pipelines with dent defects.The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the dent defects.The reasonable integrity suggestions are provided to reduce the cost of pipeline operation under the condition of ensuring safe operation.The results show that the numerical analysis results of the ?355.6 mm subsea single-layer pipeline are consistent with the deformation and stress distribution in practical engineering.Therefore,the study results provide reference for engineering design and theoretical research of subsea pipelines.
