摘 要:由于航运的逐渐发展,船舶需要加深航运深度,导致海底管道的设计埋深需要重新调整,一般采取挖沟下卧的方式增加敷设深度。文章介绍了海底管道挖沟系统,并分析了常见的挖沟技术与挖沟施工流程。在此基础上,结合绥中煤码头港区进港主航道适应发展实例,以双向10万吨级航道标准开展扩建工程,实现航道加宽、航道深度加深的目标。该航道与三条为中国海油绥中36-1陆地终端提供原油的海底管道存在交互影响,因此为了确保在航道交互区域管道的安全稳定运行,需要进一步加深交互区域的管道敷设深度。通过可行性分析,基于是否改变原海管路由提出两种下卧改造方案,综合评估两方案的优缺点后,推荐采用改变原海底管道路由方案完成施工。Due to the gradual development of shipping,ships need to deepen the depth of shipping,which leads to the need to adjust the design burial depth of submarine pipelines,and generally adopt the method of digging trenches and lying down to increase the laying depth.This article introduces the trenching system of submarine pipelines and analyzes common trenching techniques and construction processes.On this basis,combined with the example of adapting to the development of the main approach channel of Suizhong Coal Terminal Port Area,the expansion project is carried out according to the two-way 100 000-ton channel standard,to achieve the goal of widening the channel and deepening the channel depth.The waterway intersects with three submarine pipelines that provide crude oil to the Suizhong 36-1 land terminal of CNOOC.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipelines in the intersection area of the waterway,it is necessary to deepen the burial depth of the pipelines in the intersection area.Based on feasibility analysis and whether to change the original submarine pipeline route,two underground renovation plans are proposed.Through comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the two plans,it is recommended to use the original submarine pipeline route change plan to complete the construction.
