摘 要:目前山东乐陵区域砂岩地热井完井方式均为60目绕丝筛管完井,在运行过程中,由于热储层中地层砂对于绕丝筛管的强烈磨蚀作用,从而使绕丝筛管丧失过滤作用,丧失防砂功能。文章提出动水填砾完井技术,针对乐陵区域砂岩热储层,采用筛网16~30目、砾径20μm的填砾参数进行动水填砾完井,地热井产水量长期保持在95 m~3/h,且井下不存在出砂现象,有效保证了砂岩地热井的正常运行,对山东乐陵地区地热井防砂具有一定的借鉴作用。At present,the completion method of sandstone geothermal well in Laoling area of Shandong province is 60 mesh wirewrapped screen pipe.In the process of operation,the formation sand in the thermal reservoir has a strong abrasive effect on the wirewound screen,so that the wire-wound screen loses its filtering effect and sand control function.This paper proposes the filling gravel completion technology,aiming at the sandstone thermal reservoir in Laoling area,the gravel filling parameters of 16-30 mesh screen and 20 μm gravel diameter were used to fill the well.The water yield of geothermal well is maintained at 95 m~3/h for a long time,and there is no sand production in the well.which effectively ensures the normal operation of sandstone geothermal well,and plays a reference role for sand control of geothermal well in Laoling area,Shandong province.
