离子色谱法在降水转化和再循环背景下水体常见阴离子测定中的应用

摘  要:砷是一种对人体有害的元素,砷酸根及亚砷酸根等阴离子常存在于地表水、地下水、湖泊沉积物及土壤农田中,给人类健康安全带来隐患,如何稳定、高效地防治砷污染一直都是学者们较为关注的问题。选取型号ICS90-A离子色谱仪为研究对象,使用2 mmol NaOH+2 mmol Na_(2)CO_(3)为流动相,30.00%的双氧水做氧化剂,测定砷酸根及亚砷酸根等常见阴离子。经测定,样品加标回收率为92.00%~107.20%,方法检出限为0.0542 mg/L,该方法线性良好,可为今后水体中砷元素的测定提供理论依据。Arsenic was a harmful element to human body.Anions such as arsenate and arsenite often exist in surface water,groundwater,lake sediments and soil farmland,bringing hidden dangers to human health and safety.How to prevent and control arsenic pollution stably and efficiently had always been a concern of scholars.Select the model ICS 90-A ion chromatograph as the research object,using 2 mmol NaOH + 2 mmol Na_2CO_(3) as the mobile phase,30.00% hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,and determine the common anions such as arsenite and arsenite.According to the determination,the recovery rate of sample spike is 92.00%~107.20%,and the detection limit of the method was 0.0542 mg/L~(-1).This method has good linearity and can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of arsenic in water in the future.
