摘 要:基于凤山国家基本气象站1978—2020年的冰雹数据和24个区气象站从建站到2020年的冰雹数据,采用广西灾害风险与风险评估技术小组提出的灾害风险与风险评估技术方法,结合GIS技术,探讨凤山县的强冰雹天气。结果显示,凤山县的冰雹灾害风险主要分布在凤山县的中部、南部和东部地区,尤其是在一些稻米和玉米产区;冰雹灾害人口较高风险和高风险区主要在凤城镇中部地区;凤城镇中部的冰雹致灾危险性为高等级,中部以外为较高等级。相关部门应加强监测和预警系统,提前预警强降水和冰雹事件,以减少损失。This study was based on hail data from the National Basic Meteorological Station of Fengshan from 1978 to 2020 and hail data from 24 regional meteorological stations from their establishment to 2020.Using the disaster risk and risk assessment technology method proposed by the Guangxi Disaster Risk and Risk Assessment Technology Group,combined with GIS technology,a detailed study was conducted on the severe hail weather in Fengshan County.The research results showed that the strong hail weather in Fengshan County was mainly concentrated in three regions:central,southern,and eastern regions.Among them,some areas in the central,eastern,and southern parts of China belong to high and high-risk areas,especially rice and corn planting areas,which had also been designated as high and high-risk areas.
