摘 要:基于组织免疫理论和组织优势理论,构建了组织双元免疫力影响组织适应性绩效的理论框架。研究结果表明:组织免疫力不仅具有心理免疫和行为免疫的双重特征,还具备自组织、自学习、自适应等动态属性;组织双元免疫力对适应性绩效具有“过犹不及”的效应;组织免疫绩效在组织双元免疫力与适应性绩效之间发挥中介作用;健康促进型领导、柔性组织结构和环境不确定性调节组织双元免疫力对适应性绩效的影响效应。Based on the organizational immunity theory and organizational advantage theory,this study develops a theoretical framework of organizational dual immunity affecting organizational adaptive performance.The study concluded that organizational immunity not only has the dual characteristics of psychological immunity and behavioral immunity,but also possesses dynamic attributes such as self-organization,self-learning,and self-adaptation;organizational dual immunity has a"Excessiveness leads to deficiency"effect on adaptive performance;organizational immunity performance plays a mediating role between organizational dual immunity and adaptive performance;health-promoting leadership,flexible organizational structure,and environmental uncertainty moderate the effects of organizational dual immunity on adaptive performance.
