摘  要:采用定性和定量相结合的研究方法,通过两个研究建构了前任领导“意中人”工作身份差异感调适阶段模型。具体而言:研究1基于程序化扎根理论先对60份访谈资料进行开放式、主轴式、选择式编码,并采用40份访谈资料检验理论是否达到饱和,初步建构了前任领导“意中人”工作身份差异感调适阶段模型;研究2收集了1152份有效问卷,根据被试对工作身份差异感调适的自我评价分为4个数据集,对调适阶段初构模型分别进行了探索性及验证性因素分析。研究结果表明:前任领导“意中人”工作身份差异感调适阶段包括成功与失败两类结果。其中:调适成功阶段由情感依赖、工作身份差异感、消极情感表达、主动应对和适应良好五阶段构成;调适失败由情感依赖、工作身份差异感、消极情感表达、被动应对和适应不良五阶段构成。This research combines qualitative and quantitative methods to construct an adjustment stage model of discrepancy of the followers of the former leader.Study 1 codes 60 interview materials in an open,axial and alternative way by applying procedural grounded theory.And 40 interview materials are used to test whether the theory reaches saturation.A preliminary adjustment stage model of perceiving work identity discrepancy of followers of the former leaders is constructed.It shows preliminarily that adjustment stage model has five stages.1152 valid questionnaires are obtained in study 2.They are divided into four datasets according to the self-evaluation of work-related identity discrepancy adjustment.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis are conducted for the model.The results show that the adjustment stage includes both success and failure outcomes.The successful adaption is consisted of five stages:emotional dependence,perceived work-related identity discrepancy,negative emotional expression,positive response and good adaptation.And maladaptation is consisted of five stages:emotional dependence,perceived work-related identity discrepancy,negative emotional expression,negative response and maladjustment.
