摘 要:为研究沥青薄层罩面在高速公路隧道复杂环境下的抗滑耐久性,分别制备高韧热拌薄层罩面(罩面A)、温拌沥青薄层罩面(罩面B)、高和易性薄层罩面(罩面C)与AC-13沥青混合料,在常规环境与模拟隧道复杂环境下进行轮碾磨耗试验。研究不同罩面类型、不同环境下磨耗次数对薄层罩面抗滑性能的影响。采用摆值初值变化、摆值衰减速率与指数预测模型评价不同罩面在常规环境与隧道环境下的对应抗滑衰变规律。试验结果表明,罩面A在隧道环境下摆值初值衰减最低,相较于罩面B减少15.2%、较罩面C减少28.4%、较AC-13沥青混合料减少33%。且其摆值衰减速率仅为0.292,较罩面B低36%,较罩面C低20.2%,较AC-13低29.4%,在隧道环境下表现出优异的抗滑耐久性。此外,AC-13、罩面B与罩面C在隧道环境下的磨耗中会出现“临时纹理”与油蚀现象,造成抗滑性能衰减的短暂延缓。In order to study the slip resistance and durability of asphalt thin layer overlay in the complex environment of tunnels,high-toughness hot-mixed thin layer overlay(overlay A),warm-mixed asphalt thin layer overlay(overlay B),high-tolerance thin layer overlay(overlay C)and AC-13 asphalt mixtures were prepared respectively,and wheel milling abrasion tests were carried out in both conventional and simulated tunnel environments.The effects of different types of overlay mixtures and the number of abrasion in different environments on the skid resistance of thin layer overlays were investigated.Pendulum value initial value change,pendulum value decay rate and exponential prediction model were used to evaluate the skid resistance decay law of different types of mixes in conventional and tunnel environments respectively.The test results showed that the initial value of the pendulum value of the overlay A in the tunnel environment was the lowest attenuation,compared with the overlay B reduced by 15.2%,compared with the overlay C reduced by 28.4%,compared with AC-13 asphalt mixtures reduced by 33%;and its pendulum value attenuation rate was only 0.292,compared with the overlay B was lower than 36%,compared with the overlay C was lower than 20.2%,compared with the AC-13 was lower than 29.4%,showing excellent skid resistance and durability in the tunnel environment.In addition,AC-13,overlay B,and overlay C were subject to`temporary texturing'and oil erosion from abrasion in tunnel environments,resulting in a short-term delay in the degradation of skid resistance.
