摘  要:瑞利波探测是通过弹性波中的面波来探测前方地质结构,其探测响应快、分辨率高、仪器操作简便,在探测巷道前方地质异常和工作面内部断层及陷落柱等方面得到广泛使用。目前现有的瑞利波探测仪普遍存在动态范围窄、功耗高、探测距离较小等缺点,严重影响了瑞利波探测仪的发展和煤矿井下地质构造的探查。基于FPGA控制和Cirrus Logic套片采集,实现了芯片配置和控制,数据采集、传输及存储的要求。重点介绍了控制和采集的工作原理,描述了瑞利波探测仪硬件电路及软件程序设计。通过测试数据试验结果分析,基于FPGA的瑞利波探测仪动态范围宽、探测分辨率高、探测距离大,能够满足煤矿井下超前探、巷道侧帮、顶底板等构造探测应用。Rayleigh wave detection technology utilizes the propagation characteristics of Rayleigh surface waves in elastic waves to explore the geological structure ahead.It has high resolution,fast detection and data processing speed,and convenient operation.It can be used not only to detect the geological structure ahead of the tunnel but also to detect collapsed pillars and small faults within the working face on both sides of the tunnel.Currently,existing Rayleigh wave detectors have disadvantages such as narrow dynamic range,high power consumption,and limited detection distance,which seriously affect the development of the detector and the exploration of underground geological structures in coal mines.Based on the FPGA control and the acquisition of Cirrus Logic chip,which realizes the functions of chip configuration and control,data acquisition,transmission,and storage.The working principles of control and the acquisition are emphasized,and the hardware circuit and software program design of the Rayleigh wave detector are described.Through analysis of test data and experimental results,the FPGA-based Rayleigh wave detector has a wide dynamic range,high detection resolution,and large detection distance,which can meet the requirements of geological structure exploration applications such as advanced detection in coal mines,tunnel side support,and roof and floor strata detection.
